In response to the brand's current situation, we developed an annual LANCASTER strategic brand management and promotion plan, coordinated monthly brand communication planning, and generated over 9.58 million clicks for the official RED brand account, while creating exclusive hashtags to increase brand awareness and generate 10 million exposures.
 
Based on Lacaster's requirements, we conducted in-depth user exploration and campaign operations around key sales nodes such as "Double 11." In the two months before and after the "Double 11" campaign, the Tmall store increased by
2,000 followers and the sales of individual women's bags increased by 395% during the "Double 11" period, i.e., this brand occupies the leading position in women's leather bag sales.
